Return / Replacement Policy
If any item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, we will provide:
 
  • A free replacement item, or
  • Store credit equal to the value of the damaged item.
 
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
 
We do not require the entire box to be returned — only proof of the specific damaged item.
Refund Policy
Because mystery boxes contain surprise items, refunds are not offered for:
 
  • Personal preference
  • Not liking the items
  • Duplicate items
 
However, we guarantee:
 
  • Replacement or credit for any damaged or missing items
 
  • A fair-value experience in every box
 
  • Every box contains 1.5x–2x retail value of the purchase amount

This ensures customers always receive more value than what they pay.
